Suba offers a variety of Spanish Tapas as well as Latin American specialties. Our bar offers our house made Sangria, herbal and fruit infusions and Spanish and Portuguese wine and spirits.
Tapa means “lid” or “cover” in Spanish. There are several explanations for the etymology of “tapa”: It is commonly said that since one would be standing while eating a tapa in traditional Spanish bars, they would need to place their plates on top of their drinks in order to eat, making it a top.
Suba accepts reservations for parties of six or more.
Suba will not be serving tapas on New Year’s Eve; instead, we will be serving our New Year’s Eve menu which is 5 courses for $115/guest. Please visit the Mangia Qui website for more information.
